1. Shipping Destinations

Domestic Shipping:

  • We ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
  • For customers in Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories, please note that additional shipping charges and longer delivery times may apply.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, PalletPicks.com does not offer international shipping.
  • However, customers outside of the U.S. can work with third-party freight forwarding companies to arrange for shipment to their respective countries.

2. Order Processing Time

Order Confirmation:

  • Once you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email within a few minutes. This confirms that we have received your order but does not indicate that it has been processed or shipped yet.
  • Our customer service team will verify the availability of the items and begin processing your order.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. We strive to get your order prepared and shipped as quickly as possible, but processing times may vary depending on the size and complexity of the order.
  • During peak seasons or for large orders (such as truckloads), processing may take slightly longer, and we will notify you if there will be any delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on several factors, including:

    • The size of the order (i.e., number of pallets or truckloads)
    • The destination address (distance from our warehouse)
    • The shipping method selected at checkout (standard or expedited)

Additional Fees:

  • Certain remote or rural delivery locations may incur additional shipping fees. If this is the case, you will be notified prior to shipment.
  • If your delivery address requires special handling or additional services (e.g., a liftgate for unloading, residential delivery), extra charges may apply.

4. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with leading carriers to ensure that your order arrives safely and efficiently. The exact shipping method depends on the size of the order and the destination, but we offer the following options:

For Smaller Orders (1-2 Pallets):

For Larger Orders (Multiple Pallets or Truckloads):

  • XPO Logistics
  • Old Dominion Freight Line (ODFL)
  • R+L Carriers
  • Yellow Freight
  • AXIS Express

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: Typically, standard ground shipping will take between 3-7 business days depending on the delivery location. This is the most common option for smaller orders and single pallets.
  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, expedited options are available at checkout, though please note that they may be more expensive. Expedited shipping generally takes 2-3 business days.
  • Freight Shipping (LTL – Less Than Truckload): For larger orders, we utilize freight carriers, and the delivery time may vary between 5-10 business days depending on the shipment’s size and destination.
  • Full Truckload (FTL) Shipping: For truckload shipments, delivery times typically range from 5-14 business days based on the size of the shipment, the distance, and the carrier.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

Track Your Shipment with Our Online Tool:

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details for your shipment. This includes a tracking number, as well as the name of the shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, XPO Logistics, UPS, AXIS Express).

  • Track Your Package: You can easily track your shipment status by using our Tracking Tool on the PalletPicks.com website. Simply enter your tracking number on the Track Order page, and you’ll be able to see real-time updates on your shipment’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

  • For additional convenience, you can also track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.


6. Delivery Process

Scheduling Delivery:

  • Once your shipment is en route, you may be contacted by the carrier to schedule a delivery window. This is particularly common for freight shipments or truckloads.
  • For residential deliveries, a liftgate service may be required to lower the pallet from the truck to the ground level if you do not have a dock or forklift. Liftgate service may incur additional charges.

Receiving the Shipment:

  • Inspect the package: Upon arrival, carefully inspect the condition of the pallet or truckload and verify the number of pallets received.
  • Damage or Discrepancies: If you notice any visible damage or discrepancies in the order, please note it on the delivery receipt before signing. It’s critical to document any damage at the time of delivery to ensure that we can process a claim or issue a return if necessary.
    • Damaged Goods: If you receive damaged goods, you must notify PalletPicks.com within 7 days of receipt, as per our Return Policy. Please take photos of the damaged items and the packaging to help us expedite the process.

7. Delays and Shipping Issues

Carrier Delays:

  • PalletPicks.com works with trusted carriers to ensure prompt delivery, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, carrier delays, and traffic conditions can cause shipping delays.
  • We will always notify you if there are significant delays or if any issues arise with your shipment. If your order is delayed, we will work closely with the carrier to ensure that it reaches you as soon as possible.

Lost Shipments:

  • In rare cases, shipments may be lost or misplaced by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact us immediately so that we can open a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution.

Incorrect Address:

  • Please double-check your shipping address at the time of checkout to ensure that it is accurate. If you provide an incorrect address, additional charges may apply to re-ship the order, and we cannot guarantee that the delivery will be on time.

8. Special Considerations for Large Orders (Truckloads)

Truckload Shipments (Full Truckloads):

  • Truckload orders typically involve larger shipments and may require more coordination for delivery, especially if the pallet count is high or the delivery address is in a remote location.
  • Lead Time: Truckload shipments may require up to 5-10 business days of lead time for processing and scheduling.
  • Delivery Window: The delivery window for truckloads may be more flexible, depending on the availability of the carrier and your location.

Residential Delivery:

  • If the destination is a residential address, please be aware that delivery companies may charge additional fees for residential delivery services.
  • Additionally, liftgate services (if required for unloading) may incur extra charges.
